While changing industry needs no longer offer the traditional salaries of network employees, the base salary structure offered by DBS along with the ample overtime opportunities generally result in a comparable annual gross income for employees.

DBS also offers a very liberal benefits package which is indicated to the left.  Bonuses and overtime cannot be guaranteed, of course, yet DBS has traditionally provided bonuses and annual salary increases during each year of its existence. 

Positions may be for occasional services or for our dedicated contractual services, or a combination of both.
